Billing & Fees

In order to provide you with the highest-quality personalized service and to ensure the full confidentiality of your medical records, Main Line Psychiatric does not contract with any insurance providers. All services are paid for in full by the client for each session.

If requested, Main Line Psychiatric will provide you with an “invoice” if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider for the psychiatric or psychotherapeutic services rendered.

Payment Policy

Payment is due prior to any appointment. Exceptional arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis.

PayPal is our preferred form of payment, however, other accepted forms of payment are check or credit card. Please contact our Business Administrator for further information using our contact page.

  • 48-Hour cancellation policy at Main Line Psychiatric

Cancellation Policy

  • Main Line Psychiatric asks that all appointments are cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment cost, with the exception of medical emergencies.
  • Any cancellation with less than a 24 hour notice or a "no-show" appointment will also be charged a non refundable fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
